Estimated delivery from the time of order

Valhalla tents, camp furniture and sleep products: estimated standard delivery 10–20 days from order to delivery.

Apparel: estimated standard delivery 3–5 days from order to delivery.

These are total order-to-delivery estimates. They include order processing and carrier transit; they are not extra waiting periods before shipment or after dispatch. Orders ship from our Texas location. Delivery estimates depend on the selected product, availability, destination and carrier service. Contact us before ordering for a specific arrival deadline.

Free standard ground shipping for eligible equipment

Standard ground shipping is included in the price of our Valhalla tents, camp furniture, sleep products and electric pumps for delivery to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. There is no minimum order value for these products. We cover standard ground freight when required for larger items.

Heavy and oversized items use economical ground or freight services, which can take longer than apparel parcel shipping. Large tents and other equipment may ship in multiple boxes that arrive on different days. Tracking details will be provided as they become available; please check each package before reporting a missing item.

The 10–20-day estimate above applies to tents, camp furniture and sleep products. Contact us for delivery timing when ordering a standalone electric pump.

Faster delivery and upgraded-delivery fees

Faster shipping or freight service can be arranged for an additional quoted fee, subject to product availability and carrier service to your destination. Before placing your order, email sales@vikingoutdoorco.com with the products, quantities, delivery ZIP code and required arrival date. We will confirm the available option, estimated arrival and additional charge before you pay for upgraded service. Included standard shipping does not include expedited delivery.

Alaska, Hawaii and delivery restrictions

Free ground shipping for tents, camp and sleep products does not extend to Alaska or Hawaii. Contact us before ordering for shipping availability, delivery timing and a separate quote. These products require a physical street address; we do not offer standard delivery to PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or U.S. territories.

Apparel shipping

Estimated standard delivery is 3–5 days from order to delivery. Standard apparel shipping is $8 for apparel orders below $70 and free for apparel orders of $70 or more. Express shipping is $15 where available. Confirm the faster delivery estimate before ordering for a specific deadline; available options and charges are shown at checkout.

Apparel and larger equipment may ship separately in mixed orders. The apparel delivery estimate applies to the apparel items, not to the whole mixed order. Choosing Express for apparel does not expedite tents, camp furniture or sleep products.

Delays, cancellations and support

If we cannot meet a promised timeframe, we will explain the delay and provide the cancellation and refund options required by law. An estimate or shipping delay does not remove those rights. Our Return & Refund Policy explains cancellations, returns and refunds.
